How do I buy tickets to SWIFF?
Here’s 3 easy steps to book tickets:
1. Book via the website www.swiff.com.au or via the SWIFF app available to download on iPhone or Android.
2. Create an account (once account is created it is valid across all platforms)
3. A barcoded ticket will be instantly delivered to you after you purchase your tickets; either by email (PDF) or a QR code within the app.
Go to the Screenwave website www.swiff.com.au, download the SWIFF app for free on iPhone or Android, or visit the Jetty Theatre Box Office (Tues-Fri, 12-4pm), and Bellingen Memorial Hall (1 hour prior to film screening)
Create an account to purchase your tickets. For setting one up for the first time, keep your account details handy so that you can log in and purchase new tickets or reprint tickets. If you’ve forgotten your account details, click on the My Account icon at the top right of the SWIFF website www.swiff.com.au and follow the prompts given for either a forgotten log-in or a lost password.
Online or app, select your film/s then the quantity of tickets you’d like, and follow the prompts to purchase, continue to browse for other tickets or add to you Wishlist. Once you have selected all the films, click on the My Cart icon at the right of the page, then Checkout to purchase. Voila!
Your account enables you to book as many films as you like and can even re-print tickets

All tickets incur a $1 booking fee + 1.7% credit card fee. Please note that the credit card fee is only applicable one per transaction.
When do I receive my tickets?
Tickets purchased via the SWIFF app appear in My Tickets with a QR code to be scanned upon entry. Tickets purchased online will be automatically emailed to you as a PDF attachment. Tickets can be printed for scanning upon entry.
I’ve purchased tickets online but have not received them in my email inbox.
This is an automated process so although the tickets should be sent to you immediately after purchase, this can sometimes take a few minutes. Please allow 30 minutes and be sure to check your junk mail folders. The email will be sent from email@example.com
If you have not received your tickets after these checks, please log into your ticketing account by clicking on the My Account icon at the top right of the website or Screenwave app. Your booked sessions can be viewed and printed here. Can I purchase tickets at the Box Office?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased in person, over the phone or online at the Jetty Theatre Box Office (Tues – Fri, 12pm – 4pm). Bellingen Memorial Hall (1 hour prior to film screening).
Can I use my Companion Card at SWIFF?
Yes. SWIFF is a Companion Card Affiliate. Companion Card holders qualify for concession price tickets and a second ticket at no cost for their companion. We recognise the Companion Card at all events, capacity allowing. Call the Jetty Theatre on 6652 8088 for any special requirements, including wheelchair and mobility access. Can I receive a refund or exchange my ticket/s?
All SWIFF tickets, including Film Passes are non-refundable but can be exchanged for an equal or lesser dollar value via My Account online for $1.00 per ticket + bf + cc fee. Tickets are subject to availability. Any cost difference between the two tickets will not be refunded. Single ticket exchanges close 24 hours prior to the event start time.
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND IS OFFERED ON OUR SPECIAL EVENTS (including Opening Night, Closing Night and Gala Screenings).
Take 5, Take 10 Film Passes cannot be refunded either in full or part. Tickets booked on Passes can be exchanged in person, online or via the SWIFF app for a fee of $1 per ticket. Exchanges close 24 hours prior to session start times.
All SWIFF Passes are for a single person’s use and are not transferable to another person or refundable.

Yes. We have several films suitable for young people at SWIFF. Our program strand ‘Face the change’ is dedicated to a New Wave of films by or for young voices, storytellers and change makers. Please check films for classifications.
